In an effort to protect the privacy of our customers, we are rolling out a change to remove the domain matching functionality for contacts.
As a part of this change, you’ll only see contacts that are a member of your account or who you’ve added as an external contact. If you’d like to add a new external contact, please follow these step-by-step instructions.
This change will have no impact on your ability to search contacts within your same account.
Over the new few weeks, we will continue to improve this feature to enhance your privacy and control over your contacts. We look forward to sharing more information about a new capability which will enable you to share your contacts with another account.
